Daily Maintenance of Gear Reducer

Daily Operation Inspection1. Check the body temperature to ensure no abnormal overheating. 2. Listen to running sound, no strange noise and abnormal vibration. 3. Ensure stable rotation speed without jamming or slipping. 4. Keep normal oil level, no oil seepage and leakage. 5. Tighten all mounting bolts firmly. 6. Clean surface dust to ensure good heat dissipation.Gear Oil Maintenance1. Use designated special gear oil, do not mix different oils. 2. Replace oil in time if it becomes dark, turbid or waterlogged. 3. Change new oil after the first 300 hours operation. 4. Replace oil every 3000-5000 hours under normal working conditions. 5. Keep proper oil filling volume.Bearing Lubrication1. Inject lubricating grease into bearings regularly. 2. Increase maintenance frequency under heavy load, high temperature and dusty environment. 3. Avoid excessive grease injection.

Seal and External Maintenance1. Replace damaged and aging oil seals timely. 2. Keep vent cap unobstructed. 3. Prevent shell collision and deformation. 4. Do rainproof and dustproof protection for outdoor installation.Connection & Operation Maintenance1. Keep couplings installed concentrically. 2. Prohibit long-term overload operation and frequent forward and reverse rotation. 3. Adjust tightness of transmission parts regularly. Shutdown and Storage Maintenance1. Drain waste oil and fill new oil for long-term idle equipment. 2. Store in dry and ventilated place for moisture-proof and rust-proof. 3. Run short trial operation monthly to prevent parts rusting.Important Notes1. Strictly forbid running in lack of oil. 2. Do not disassemble or modify internal structure privately. 3. Stop using immediately when abnormal conditions appear.
